Thanks for your reply. I've been told that corruption can occur that
cannot be corrected by emptying the databases.
My current situation is the calendar items (single entries on the PC
running Outlook 2003) are sync'ed resulting in two entries on the
Blackberry. Many questions are posted but I've read only answers
stating a "hard reset" fixed it but no indication of the actual reset
procedure. Pressing the button in the hole on the back does not
resolve the issue (I've heard this procedure called a soft reset.)
Thanks for replying, I'd appreciate any wisdom you can impart.
