i need a recommended drivers version for my geforce 940m beacuse if it's not [strike]compared[/strike] compatible with the version it can be broke

You'll find the correct drivers for your laptop model on that laptop manufacturer's website, all you need to know is the laptop model & Windows version.

Contrary to what you seem to think, installing an incompatible driver does not "break" components.

Hi

If you have a desktop graphics card you can go to the gpu card manufacturer or chipset manufacturer such as amd or nvidia or intel

For laptops you usually have to go to the laptop manufacturer as the driver is designed for the graphics chip and lcd display system

If you need windows 10 driver and cant find it then maybe windows 8 version will work

Obviously the device driver must match the operating system version and 32 or 64 bit
Usually the device driver will not install if it does not find the correct hardware and operating system
