Yes it's good, but in my opinion Avast is one of the best you can get for free.

Avast. Do a custom install and only choose the first 4 in the far left options and maybe browser cleanup. Also make sure to keep it free. They REALLY want to suck you into paying for it.

The best is avast. In case you spend some money that is $9 or 600rs i will recommend kaspersky
