What is the best laptop for £150-£170

Basically need a laptop for school work and watching netflix, youtube and movies on the plane. Which laptop is best and should i get a chromebook? The acer espire chromebook is very appealing to me at the moment.

Hello everyone, basically i need this laptop for school, youtube and watching movies offline. Chromebook and Windows are both fine. Also, if i put a memory stick with MP4 movie files into a chromebook would i be able to play them offline?
