What is the best smartphone for around £150 2013?

What's the best smartphone for around that price? I don't care about 4G. I'm thinking of the Moto G or the S3 Mini.

Motorola Moto G, stock android so it will be smoother. Also a better screen and faster internals. Also it'll get updated to kitkat as well, so it'll be on the latest android version. You can't really go wrong with the Moto G. Although if you are a really big memory user, the MicroSD slot in the S3 Mini may come in handy

If you prefer a more customizable home screen and pure android, you can go with the Moto G. But the SD card slot of the S3 mini can be handy if you want to store more contents.

For £150 I'd go for the Moto G because for the price it's very well made and actually has good hardware.
