What is wrong with my asus laptop?

When I first got my Asus laptop it was fine but after a while it restarted and now every time I open it up it shows this

I don't know how to go into safe mode on my Asus laptop model i'be seen many things like hit f2 and other stuff but I can go into my bios from the pproblem I'm having

If Win 7 or earlier, once you get past the BIOS flash, simply start tapping the F8 key
