What laptop for under £350 would play the sims 3 best?

I have been saving for just over a year now and I have £350, I would like a laptop that I can play the sims 3 (with all expansions) on and do coursework (just needs to be able to install word) as well as preferably having a touch screen but that's not essential. It also needs to have a disk drive so I can install the games. Does anyone know what would be best for me?
