Hello, I need help or more likely some information from pros like you guys. So basically I am going to study Marketing at Exeter next year and I know that marketing is a pretty good degree and with that I know the little traps when I'm about the buy something expensive. Recently my HP envy 16RAM broke down so I decided that I had to buy a new laptop and since I am going to study I need a working laptop but hey I'm a huge geek, I play Overwatch, Guild Wars 2 and other normal games on PC but I am more of the consol player so I don't need a gaming PC. So i decided to go with Mac, why Mac and many of you may laugh, I think its has a really simple layout easy for work + I can connect my phones quickly etc.... And also I like the brand and idea of having a Mac don't hate please.
So I went on the website customized my Mac book pro and got out with this setup :

New Mac Book Pro 15" 3,299$
- Touch Bar and Touch ID
- 2.9GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 processor, Turbo Boost up to 3.8GHz
- 16GB 2133MHz memory
- 1TB PCIe-based SSD
- Radeon Pro 460 with 4GB memory
Four Thunderbolt 3 ports
Backlit Keyboard (English) & User's Guide
All I did was add the max graphic card and processor.
( and i know it cost a lot but I have reductions with my dyslexia so it's advantageous)

My question is the following :
Is this computer good ? Handy and good for work ? But could I play on it ? Like Overwatch Minecraft GTA and those other games? Would it be better to buy the New Razer Blade Pro ?

Thank you for everything and for the answers !
Have a great day

I know you can't play these games on Mac that's why I will loose a luncher for windows, but tell me is it worth to buy the new Mac Book Pro max out ?

Sounds like the only bennifit you wil have from macOS over windows is the conectivity with iOS devices unless you are going to do a minor in graphics or something with your marketing degree.

If you want to impress everyone at the coffee shop or find the iOS connectivity a worthwhile feature then there is certainly nothing bad about it, but you can get just as capabile of a windows PC for half.
