I AM A ROBOTICS STUDENT.
I WANT LAPTOP WHICH CAN RUN 3DS AUTO DESK, AND SOME PROGRAMMING SOFTWARE'S LIKE ARUDINO, MP LAB, ETC
AND I WOULD BE DOING SLIGHT GAMING LIKE GTA 5, etc
AS MINIMUM SPECS OF THESE SOFTWARE THE CONFIGURATION MUST HAVE 64 BIT OS , 3 GB OF RAM AND 512 MB GPU.

I AM CONFUSED WHICH LAPTOP TO BUY.

MY BUDGET IS 30,000 AND I LIVE IN INDIA.

Your budget is too low to get a system for AutoDesk and games. Need to double it to get anything that will work for you, or get a used system. A decent basic system for you would have a Radeon A10 maybe, that will run games on low settings at 720p with a bit of lag in some areas, a better one would have an nVidia 960m video card but that will be about double your budget. Maybe a 950m card for lower settings, even that is nearly double your budget.

Don't know what is available in your area specifically but a system with a 950m or higher should be good for games and CAD programs. Anything with that video card will have a good enough CPU and enough RAM to run the programs. Even a 940m system may be OK but it's a bit marginal for games.
