Hello,
When prompt to enter key to get online is shown i cant type anything it just clicks

Need more info here, is this in some application? What clicks, what key? Need exact message you see and from where it's coming from. Does the keyboard work in other places? If so, it could be because you are either not in the right field to type, or it's expecting specific digits that you are not entering.
