Question What should i buy first? Laptop or Tablet or Phone?

I am a student and i am going to college next year. But my problem is what should i buy first among laptop, tablet and smartphone because at a time I can buy only any one of them.
I would be learning coding and graphics designing together, so i was considering a good laptop around 60k INR, an iPad (8th gen) and a decent smartphone around 10k INR. So please help me.

Laptop, and a very very cheap 'phone'.

iPad won't help with coding.
"decent phone" won't help with coding or graphic design.

Laptop will do both coding and graphics, and "cheap phone" will serve your personal communications.

are't ipads are good replacement of graphics tablets when comes to drawing stuffs?
And my primary software would be affinity for graphics designing.

Ok. So as you suggested, I would buy a Laptop first. But should i consider an iPad in future for drawing stuffs or a cheap graphic tablet would do the work.
I had already used a cheap graphics tablet and I was not satisfied with it, so again i'm asking should i condier buying an iPad later?
