What should i do if my phone won't turn on?

My phone is an HTC One (beats audio) and it suddenly turned off out of no where, I don't know what to do because you cannot open the back and I have tried holding the power button, but that doesn't seem to work.

Well at the moment no, but it was working perfectly fine about 40 minutes ago.

So going to the sprint store would be a good idea? Instead of trying to fix it myself?

If you know someone who has the same cellphone as you, I would recommend you try his battery before you return your phone to the store. Have you rooted your phone ?
