Solved! What tape is used to secure replacement screens

I have had to replace my screen which was pretty easy but the I'm not sure of the black tape used on the back of the screen as i need to replace it as when taking my old one out, it all stuck together.

I cant seem to find an answer anywhere on Google.

I have found things like "just use any double sided", or "use polyester/kapton tape".

I know people say use any but there's a "right way" and a "lets just fix it way", i want the right way please so appreciate any help.

I know the tape seems like a gel but not sure at all.

My laptop is ideapad320S-14AST (or it's 14ATS, not got it in front of me lol)

Kapton tape is also good, I use those to hold down wires inside the laptop but should work for anywhere.
