What to do when bass of speaker is not working

My i ball Tarang 2.1 speaker are working great but the bass is not working.Last 5 months it was working great but suddenly something happend to it and it is not working.

What do you mean "bass of speaker is not working"?
The two front speakers are likely small and not able to handle full range sound, this is what the sub is for.
Is the sub working?
