What will I upgrade to be able to play fallout 4?

With Ultra Low Graphics MOD
i hav about 10 to15fps it is still playable but when there is a lot of action going on it drops to 1 to 5fps.
i dont have any budget to buy new laptop so i just going to upgrade 1 of those

Intel I5-2450M
DDR3 4gb
Amd Radeon Hd 7500M

Most laptop machines do not have upgradable CPUs or GPUs; they are soldered in place or, for the GPU, part of the chipset. You probably can't upgrade the machine.
