Whats the better buy?

I'm trying to decide between two used laptops. I could really use some imput on these, my purpose is to do some gaming. (Combat arms,crossfire) Mainly. But the two systems i've found are :

Gateway FX - P-7805u
Intel Core 2 Duo Processor P8400 (2.26GHz, 3MB L21066MHzFSB)
NVIDIA GeForce 9800M GTS with 1GB GDDR3 memory
4GB PC3-8500 DDR3 SDRAM (2GB x 2)
20GB Western Digital Scorpio Black hard disk drive (7200RPM)

HP Pavilion dv7-4090ca
17.3" Screen
I7 720QM (1.6-2.8GHZ)
6GB RAM
640gb HDD
What system should I realistically buy for what i need.

Why is this would be better then the other two laptops? I'm curious as to what i need be looking for.

No not really just get the HP Pavillion DV7 4090ca cuz the graphic card in it is better than the 9800M GTS. But its not only the graphics card that is better it is also the processor
