when i switch on my laptop the cursor or the touchpad is off then i have to use the keyboard to on it

Have you checked it in device manager? If not, try seeing if it has any errors, or if it is disabled.

Open the "Run" dialog box by pressing and holding the Windows key, then press the R key ("Run").

Type devmgmt.msc and press enter to view it.

If everything looks good, you could also try main.cpl from the run menu, to open the mouse settings. You should also be able to access your laptop's touch pad settings from it.
