When turning on it dont get pass the android

Turn it off then hold down the Volume Up button while switching it back on. A menu will appear and you need to use the Volume buttons to scroll up and down then use the power button to select Wipe Caché.

That won't lose all your files (Factory Reset will do) but it sometimes helps the system to start properly.
