When was the last time you looked at your task manager?

Do you trust your security software to police your PC? Do you just not worry about checking your task manager for mysterious processes? Recommended security software I should use? Malwarebytes, Ghostery, No Script, Windows', Glasswire.......

P.S. Have you changed your password(s) within the past 3 months? That's just too long.

Not a fan of a Ghostery they sell browsing history.

I do check the Task Manger periodically.
