where can I buy a tv without hd?

Just meed to buy a new tv that does not have hd , just a regular tv with cable

SD TVs are no longer made. All HD TVs will play non HD content. If you are using cable most providers don't charge more for HD so if it is a budget issue just buy the cheapest HD TV you can find.
