Where can I download apps from

Hi guys.
So now Google have taken over android market it seems I have to agree to let then have access to everything to download an app. No thanks all the same guys.

What other services or sites do people use to download apps please.

First of all, Google only requires a valid Google account and the information taken from your android device varies app to app. But, if you still feel uncomfortable with the Android Market you can download other app "stores" online. My point of view is this. If its just a re branding exercise then why do I need to re-allow permissions ?

I realise that this is the way things are going because big business dosent really care what people want, they will push what they want. usually by replacing what people want with what they want.
