Solved! Where can I find the file which loads the PF keys for a Toshiba S55

When my friend got through helping me with another problem, I found the PF keys not longer functioned. I assume that he erased a file or files that programed these keys.

Isn't this done by a toshiba driver or utility. Maybe reload or update the driver
