Solved! where did i buy it?

Hi!
I found a Wiko Harry cell phone in my parents' house. My old parents do not remember where did they buy it and we did not find any receipts or other data by mail. it has no sim and we do not know if it is still under warranty. Is it possible through IMEI or other to trace where we bought it and when?

Contact the manufacturer. you'd have to go through them for any 'warranty' anyway.

Why would they? Also, given the age of the device, it is likely not covered by a warranty at this time.

Contacting the manufacturer for support is your best option, as suggested earlier.

They may well know. They might not.
But you'd have to ask them.

You can't just plug that IMEI number into some service and it pops up where it was sold.

And any warranty (if not aged out) would come from the manufacturer anyway. Not the store.

Unless it was bought in late 2019, it is off warranty.
