Where is the help button on packard bell tj65

Hi i need to activate my windows program but to this i need the 12 digit id ccode, it says to press the help button to find the id code but i cant even find the help button, silly i know need help finding the help button!!

It should be a 25 digit key code and it should be on the Windows sticker on the bottom of the laptop.

Thanks looks like there was a number but as i use it on my lap i think it's worn away i didn't think of looking there i think i may need to get back in touch with pc world i've only had it a few months i should have done it straight away,
