Where to buy blank sim card?

I want to copy my sim card so I can use a hotspot or other phone with my number. Is there a website where I can buy blank cards?

I'm on ATT and asked for the same thing... they informed me that I could not have two activated devices using the same SIM, and a copy of the SIM would indeed be "the same SIM", and I'd have to add a line for the new device. HOWEVER, ATT offers FREE SIM CARDS NOW. If your on ATT, you can order one for free and give it a try.

Every sim card needs it's own and unique imsi. That's why you can't copy it: http/en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_mobile_subscriber_identity
