I need help on where can i find or download recovery disc for my HP pavillion dv1633tn model.

you cant, each disck contains like 800mb at least of data if not 2gb,,and there is no company server that can provide that much data for free to anyone + they contain windows files and microsoft doesn't want their OS to be downloaded just like that

you need to buy them from hp, or ebay

Wrong. Just torrent an OEM version of Windows, install, and user drivers from your manufacturer's website. Done.
