i want to buy 5.1 speaker system which one is better logitech z506 or F&D F3000U.
which one has the best sound quality.

That F&D system seems to be available in some parts of the world only, and I dare to say the spec page is terribly written (I still cannot see whether it supports any surround-sound inputs).

You would be better served if you ask your question at local site (or better yet, visit a store where you can compare these next to each other).
