For indoor use the 260 nits should be good as long as there isn't too much direct sunlight from a window or something, but really shouldn't be anything that will make it a huge problem, outdoors however yeah it might be a little bit too dim although I'm sure it's doable.

Depends on what exactly you're needs are, if your outside a lot or there's a lot of direct sunlight the Anti-Glare screen on the Toshiba may be better for you. The Processor in either machine's will do more than enough for what you'll use it for, the memory could be a deal breaker though. 8gb I would say is the standard but if you open a lot of tabs at once or have a lot of things running in the background the HP would be better because of the 16gb of ram. The HP also has more space on it, and has a waterproof keyboard so that may be something to consider if you go to the beach and use it to read or do work there. Both would be a good buy it just depends on your needs.

Thank you all , I really like HP more than Toshiba but the only thing making me annoyed is the Screen Brightness of HP its max about 260 nits , while toshiba goes for 400 to 450 nits !
and I want to buy laptop for future I mean I'm not welling to change my laptop till Graduation about 4 years from now maybe :D

So What Do you think about this ! Thank you

If you want to last for 4 years down the road I would say go with the HP because of the specs, unless the brightness is a major problem for you I would get the Toshiba. However there are some other good options that may suit you well I'll post them in some links below.

Lenovo Flex 4 1580 80VE000GUS: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16834332513

The Lenovo Flex 4 has 16gb of memory so that will probably do you better, it also has a 256gb SSD It's also a bit cheaper than the other two you listed although it's a little heavier at around 5lbs.

DELL Inspiron 15 5000 i5568-7477GRY: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA1FS4R72706

The DELL Inspiron 15 also has 16gb of memory and a 256gb SSD, also slightly heavier at 5.07lbs however from what I read up on it, it has a pretty good screen.
