Which is better? One is good for the price, the other is feature, could not decide. Any advice?

I would NOT suggest buying a China based Android phone. They have the reputation of having fake specs and they also have a reputation of dying very soon. Also they don't have service center. So once they are dead, then they are dead unless you know how to repair it yourself.

Better get the Samsung Galaxy Note, orignal version instead. It should be much better than these chinese phones and it fits the budget.

If you want something better, try to get the Google Nexus 4 or wait for the upcoming Nexus 5 from Google. They offer exceptional quality for cheap prices.

Chinese companies uses parts that are really cheap and most of the times it is of bad quality.
