Should I get a laptop that has
1. - NVIDIA GeForce GT 650m SLI GPU
- Intel Core i7-3630QM CPU
Or
2. - NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M SLI GPU
- Intel Core i5-4200M CPU
The first option has the weaker of the two GPU systems (an 8/10 on gamedebate.com) but the more powerful of the two CPUs (10/10 on gamedebate.com).
The second option has the more powerful of the two GPU systems (9/10 on gamedebate.com) but the weaker of the two CPUs (8/10).
Which would be better for gaming? Do I want a higher rated GPU over a better CPU? Basically, which is more important for gaming (Powerful GPU or CPU).

So from that verdict I can conclude that a better GPU is more important than a better CPU with respect to gaming?
