Which laptop brand is the best and why

For laptops I like apple's MacBook Pro. I wouldn't get an apple desktop because you can't upgrade them, but their laptops are sturdy and I enjoy using OS X.

I'll give you my opinion, but I'm not going to write an essay on why.

Unfortunately it is Lenovo.

You only asked for brand.

Forgot about Apple.
Never seen a need for them, but I agree, they are good laptops.
They better be, for what they cost.

They are all pretty close, and Lenovo is the old IMB.

If you're talking about ThinkPads, then yes. They just rank higher because they offer more good budget options and should be one of the first brands you consider when looking for a laptop.

MSI only really shines in the gaming laptop department, although their workstations aren't bad either.

Ok yeah that is what I have been finding out in my search for my new Gaming Laptop. If only there were a place I could physically see and mess with the new GT Dominator series.
