I3 7100u with hd 620 or a8 7410 with r5 m430 for games launched before 2016 at lowest settings?

hello,

even though hd 620 is higher on the tier, they're more or less on par with each other. in some cases hd 620 is faster in other cases r5 m430 takes the edge
