Which laptop is best for me?

hi everyone
i have to buy a laptop, i don,t know so much about laptop, i need your help, please tell me which one laptop is best for me

1. Dell Inspiron 3542 Ultrabook

2. HP 15-r021ne Notebook PC

please tell me which one is best, also please tell me any other laptop in this range...
one question more please, why i don,t find so much info about these laptops in search engines like google, bing and yahoo etc? is these laptops are latest models or these are not so good? any website had not given reviews about these laptops?

i am student of Software Engineering, now i have to do my programming project,
i don,t play games on laptop, only i need good processing that help me in my projects also after my education, in practical life
