The only one really capable of playing games at med to hi res on a low res screen would be the i5 model. C2D is to old and I'm surprised they you can still find one.

the first one will definitely not play anything, and the second one wont really play anything that well. my sister has a laptop with the same cpu and stuff and it didnt run minecraft stock, i had to download optifine to make it play better, so i cant imagine it would play any other games very well. if you want a pc around 500 bucks that will play games decently, then your going to have to build one. but you'd have to sacrifice the being good for editing part if you want to build one at 500 dollars. oh and this is a duplicate post

This one is the only real option if you want to play any games at all, and this will only be at low to med setting at native resolution. While the HD 4000 is a decent upgrade to the second gen HD 3000 it's still no where near AMD's integrated graphics on their trinity APU's.

This computer with 8 gigs of 1600 Mhz ram will play most games on medium settings with ease. Some games such as Torchlight 2 on high.
