There is two, one 495$ and one 989$,
I suppose you are referring to the one for 989$, it is pretty powerful, but I might not need all that power really, but is it still better to buy it? I can get the 14 inch rog one for half the price. What do you think? I am going to play mmorpg, archeage / wow, and do studies / movies. And then planning on reselling it in 1 year or so.

Isnt the alienware on computer 2 pretty price worthy too? And good enough with its gtx 560m? Isnt that good price for it, even tho its "alienware".

The game I am going to play is: http://archeage.gamepedia.com/System_Requirements
and Im going to use it for casual stuff too and probably sell it next summer, and I want to lose as little money as possible, and still be able to enjoy archeage with awesome graphic and smoothness.

It might, you never know, the Asus name is better known. Really no way of telling a year from now, with the lower price one, and the budget indicated, could always drop a little more into it, maybe upgrade the DRAM and use that as a selling feature in the future

How come you don't recommend the alienware m18x one? It costed like 4k brand new and it has two of gtx 560m with should be crazy strong shouldnt it? But it has less good intel core but still i7? i7-2760QM*
Is it that outdated today that its not worth anything even tho the massive discount? Or whats about that one, pretty much excluded number 1 & 2 now.

prices drop through the time, an 560m sli configuration is not nearly as powerful nor power efficient as a new 860m which can be in ~1000$ NEW systems. If you're going to spend 1K$ or more be sure it's an 860m and not a double 560ms used system

ye u are right, even tho it was 4k new it doesnt matter since it noly has 560m and is outdated for a price like 1k+,
it matters the most when it goes up in higher price stages i see, ty.

however, the price is re calculated from swedish crowns to us dollars, and things in sweden cost more than it does in us, espeically computers. however i just realised this site is uk so i made a mistake lol

but then again, for just another 140$ I get gtx 670m with the asus rog, and it has ssd and window 7 pro 64bit which the seller says got rated 7,4 out of 7,9 on performance

Ok so now its pretty much up against the asus g53 and the g75.
I found another seller of the g75 which costs 140$ less, but the disc drive is broken, so it wont read CD's.
I also found a store that sells one refurbished g75 for the same price as previous stated, 140$ less.. but this one only has 660m instead of 670m..

they all got win7 but the one stated in the thread hs pro version plus ssd. so which g75 is better?

I would go with the asus purely because it it is known for their gaming. The one that yoy get is up to you. The 495 is good but may start to lag in the future as its cpu is not very good. The others are too overpriced in my opinion. The second asus seems to be the best choice even though it is more than you need.
