Which Laptop should I buy

I run plex for myself and 4 family members who live in different parts of the UK. I have read so many articles on the best server laptop to use it gets quite confusing. My understanding that to allow 4 users to stream at the same time I need a laptop with a top end CPU. I am currently using a Lenovo laptop T560. The specs I have seen on other forums all provide different advice. HQ/HK series Quad core high performance CPU 8000 and above pass mark and a minimum of 8GB of ram. I would require a minimum 2 x 3.0 USB ports and maybe a high storage capacity. New or second hand is fine. Also if anyone knows where I can buy such a product.

Thank you for your help it is much appreciated

Solution
Do you want 4k capable streaming?
Because if so I need to include a good GPU.
Kick out a bit more for this.

Why do you need a laptop for this?
You're not going to get the level of processing power you'd want for such a setup.
You'd want a Ryzen 1600 PC optimally, server laptops aren't a good option.
I can get you a PC that's about the size of a 14" laptop with much better performance.

Yes would want 4K capable streaming. The problem is I would not have a clue what to do with all of those parts. I am trying to buy something that is already completed and ready to go.

Thank you

Bring them to a local store and they should assemble it for you for a small fee, and grab a copy of Windows 10 64 bit off G2A or Kinguin with buyer protection.
If you want to save a bit of cash get the Ryzen 1400 instead.
Given your application your budget is quite small, you're not going to get a 4k streaming capable setup for that price.
