Which Laptop Should I Get?

My budget is more/less around 1k.

This won't be for gaming. Just my daily tasks and a lot of vmware tasks.

The ram, faster processor and 1 tb drive will come in handy vm tasks.

I would prefer a smaller inch laptop. No bigger than 15.

Can that laptop add SSD? It doesn thave one

If your not gaming that, then you don't really need a dedicated gpu.

I don't like HP. What about dell? Any suggestion?
