Which laptop to buy?

Hello!
I'm looking to buy a budget laptop for gaming. And I'm stuck on two AMD oriented ones.

One is FX9830P (quad) 8G BRAM and RX560 4GB. While the other is Ryzen 5 2500u with a built in Vega 8, 8GB RAM.
One has a significantly stronger GPU while the other has a significantly stronger CPU.
The price is virtually the same.

What do you guys think and thanks for your input.

It depends on what will you do with your laptop. If you more gamer guy, you will need stronger GPU. But if you are editor or do some professional work, you will need stronger CPU since rendering need more CPU workload than GPU. Actually Vega 8 is not that bad, you can still play some old game but rx560 will make your game runs more smooth. Also if you choose the ryzen one, you'll get more time before battery runs out because it use low power processor

I'm definitely more into the gaming scene.
I'm expecting around 30 fps on most games.
