New to the forum, and was hoping to get some opinions on which laptop would be the superior laptop and which you would personally choose.
Both Laptops have 32Gbs of Ram and 1tb SSD Drives, I will only list the differences.
1st Choice: Alienware 17 R4
17.3" Screen 2560 x 1440 Resolution with 120hz Screen
Nvidia GTX 1080 8 GB GDDR5
Intel i7-7820HK @ 2.90GHz
2nd Choice: Asus ROG Strix GL504GW Scar II
15.6" 1920 x 1080 Resolution with 144hz Screen
Nvidia RTX 2070 8GB GDDR6
Intel i7-8750H 6 core
In terms of lightness and thickness that doesn't bother me. I'd pick the Asus but the 1080 screen is kinda disappointing and would the processor be much weaker?
Its a mix of gaming and just documents, definitely overkill either way, but I prefer I laptop I can throw anything at.
