If it's worth it would be up to you, it's impossible to say for sure how much money means to you vs a better phone. Compare the differences and ask yourself the question. This is what drives consumerism, how much are things worth vs their actual core cost to produce. To many Apple phones are worth much more their raw cost to make, to many others it's not. This is not really a rule by majority thing, it's for the person with the money to spend to decide.
Since you are worried about this, the correct answer for you would have been to buy the more expensive phone and not worry about it now that you got the wrong thing.
