Which of the 2 laptops would you recommend?

I'm leaning towards the 250 because of the price.

Just using it for YouTube, maybe some light video/photo editing and runescape game.

And if you can, just tell me why the other one is better than the other.

The second one is also a lot weaker than the first one. But whats the first ones price?

As said above, the Samsung core i5 laptop is a good bit faster, mostly due to the superior CPU. For ordinary activities either should be alright but when doing the editing or gaming, the extra speed of the first will make more of a difference. If the extra cost isn't prohibitive and you keep the laptop for a few years, the first could prove to be worth it over time.
