They are both low end systems, may be OK for CSGO but too slow for Fortnite or PUBG. Really not a lot of difference between them for programming.

The one with an i3 6th gen will be much better.
Although, you will only be able to play CSGO and fortnite
Pubg won't be playable
Also, upgrade your RAM to 8gb
