Which one of these two should i buy?

What are the full system specs of both? If they are the same, either is good, both brands are pretty reliable.

both have same specs but dell has 2 gb ddr5 graphic card and lenovo has 4 gb ddr3 graphic card

That depends on the exact card, but all things being equal, the GDDR5 card even with less memory should be faster. GDDR5 memory is used in higher end cards.

All others specs (except graphic card 2 gb 940mx gddr5 on dell and 4 gb 940mx ddr3 on lenovo ) are same but dell has aluminium body. Dell is charging 155 dollars (10,000 rupees) more for this graphic card and aluminium body, is it worth it??

If this is a 940mx you're talking about then the gddr5 version is 25-30% stronger.

The gddr5 version is still not that powerful mate , your looking low settings at 720p for new titles just to get playable fps.

The ddr3 version will not even manage that.
