As you can see i've marked some features that seem to top up Acer (more RAM, bigger SSD, litlle bit lighter), reading reviews i've noticed also that Acer is also about 15% faster (SSD/Benchmarks), however Asus lasts about 20% more on battery. Upgrading RAM/SSD is not a problem on Asus but if you get Acer it's not so easy. The only thing that bothers me is Acer's reputation on the market. Are they really so bad?

Middle of left side - M2 PCIE SSD slot, right bottom - HDD/SSD slot, to access memory bay you have to unscrew the mainboard

One more thing - I'm not a gamer, notebook will be used as desktop-replacement 20% multimedia/30% office use / 50% daily basis (browsing etc...)

hello there i do not know of Acers bad rep or that they are bad company but i would offer this advice when i own something i want it to be mine not what someone else wants me to have so with that in mind with the ASUS you can upgrade and add whatever brand or kind of SSD you prefer same thing with the RAM whereas with the ACER you get what they give you, anyways thats my 2 cents hope this helps would\love to hear what you choose

Thanks for first reply. I've ordered both for testing purposes. Will post more info (stress tests, quality check...) for you guys

I'm more keen on Asus + upgrading to 16GB RAM at once, but we'll see....
