While I was trying to play any movies in the you tube after 1 hr the video getting some pauses I have tried after deleting the cache files then it's working after some time facing the same issue

Does that happen while on WiFi or mobile network or both?

It is happening both the times

Uninstall YouTube, wipe cache partition and install youtube back.
If it keeps happening then you may want to keep clearing cache and data after an hour of video play.

Can you pls let me know this is happening due to prblm in mobile or application

Have you enable "take a break" on YouTube’s mobile app Settings?
That could pause the video after certain time.

No that option was not enabled if required and if possible I will share you the recorded video while those pauses are occurring
