Question White Blank Screen NEED HELP ASAP SHE HAS SCHOOL TOMORROW

Hi, my sister computer suddenly turned white as soon as we open it and we tried F11 didn't work.... Any suggestions that would help us out?? We also tried opening and closing it but it didn't work sadly. SHE HAS AN THINKPAD LAPTOP*

try resetting it, which exact model is it? some have a reset button you can push with a needle or similar
