White screen on my asus

My screen is completely white. Nothing showing..no arrow nothing. I have tried control alt delete and I have tried the f8 over and over nothing...Help

Hi,

Do a hard reset first with your PC. Remove the battery and the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 secs. Put everything back together then turn the laptop back on.
