White screen on Toshiba laptop

Every time i turn on the laptop i get a white screen but when i conect it to a monitor it starts normally.I checked the wires in the laptop and everything is connected.Please help( i tink it could be a virus or something but im not sure ) .

Please try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to do a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to the graphics card.
- Once done, download and install the latest driver.
- Reboot the laptop once the driver has been installed.
- If the same problem will persist, do reinstall Windows.
- If reinstalling Windows will still not work and if the laptop is still under the factory warranty, do contact the manufacturer for a repair.

I reinstalled the drivers and still nothing
