Who do i ask questions about my laptop

at the moment im using a c660 drive in my toshiba satillite laptop but would it work if i used a p100

Toshiba Satellite P100 should be using a 2.5" SATA 1.5Gb/s Notebook Hard Drive
and the Satellite C660 should be using a 2.5" SATA 3.0Gb/s Internal Notebook Hard Drive.
So they should be inter-changeable.
There is the issue of the installed hardware drivers not being compatible though.
