Why does my laptop keep doing this when I have games open?

So twice now I have went to tab out of a game and it just showed a black screen, I had to turn it off via the power button. And just now, I went to launch the game Bully and I just got a black screen and nothing came up. The first time I can't remember what game it was, possibly Assassin's Creed IV and when it went black i waited about 30 seconds before turning it off. Specs are in my signature

I had this problem before, and it was my graphics card that was doing this. You could have a bad Graphics Card slowly going out.

The laptop is about a month old

Try running some Virus scanners, and running a Hard Drive defrag, see if that helps at all, it made my black screen, before i knew about the graphics card, go away or not at all.
